GJ Cahill, through its subsidiary, North Eastern Constructors Limited (NECL), was responsible for the fabrication, assembly and outfitting of three modules for Husky Energy's White Rose Floating, Production, Storage and Off-loading (FPSO) vessel. The M12 (main electrical room module) weighing 1200-tonnes, was an air-conditioned control room housing the main control centre for the process trains distributing power and control-system signals to and from the equipment. The smaller module (M09), weighing 200-tonnes, was a local electrical room (LER) which included motor control centers (MCCs) and other power distribution equipment.
In addition to the M12 & M09 modules the company designed and built the turret equipment room for the FPSO through a contract with SBM-IMODCO, Inc.
