The Project Planner will be responsible for providing scope definitions and development of Project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), develop detailed project schedules and plans utilizing Primavera Project Planner (P3) software and Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and will co-ordinate schedules with engineering, procurement and field supervisors and attend project group meetings. The Project Planner will assist in estimating field manpower requirements, assign resources to tasks and prepare manpower loading reports.
The successful candidate will have an engineering degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience. 10+ years planning experience in construction or heavy industry is preferred. Experience planning in a multi-discipline environment would be an asset. Proficiency in Primavera Project Planner (P3) software is required.
