GJ Cahill seeks to continuously improve the effectiveness of its Quality Management System (QMS) as the QMS is the core of our operating culture. Employees follow existing processes and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that a culture of continuous improvement is maintained.

To ensure that all standards are met, GJ Cahill has a Certified Occupational Health and Safety Committee that reviews and implements all company policies, procedures and daily corporate/project activities according to industry regulations. The committee is recognized by the following organizations:
